Mercur is a Polish fresh produce trading company. We buy directly from growers and packhouses in Poland and supply wholesalers, importers and packers in the European Union by the truckload. Contracts and invoices are issued by HM Distribution sp. z o.o.
We are a young company
So we make every load easy to check: a firm price and loading date up front, a QC report with photos before the truck leaves, and the grower's details for every lot. New customers can start with a single trial truck.

How we work
Four steps from your enquiry to the truck at your warehouse. You see the lot before it leaves Poland.

Sourcing
We select growers and packhouses for each product and check the lot before we offer it.
- 02
Offer
Firm FCA or DAP price, loading date and packing specification. If we can't supply, we say so.

Loading
Pulp temperature, sizing and condition checked. QC report and photos sent to you before the truck leaves.
- 04
Delivery
Reefer truck with invoice, CMR and packing list. Transit time is stated in every quote.

Availability confirmed in each offer.
Quality and compliance
We don't own orchards or a packhouse. We work with selected growers and packhouses and check every lot before we offer it.
Grower certification
GGN of the grower or packhouse for each lot, on request.
Marketing standards
Class I or Class II under the EU marketing standards for fresh fruit and vegetables, Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/2429.
Residues
Testing in an accredited laboratory on request, against your customer's limits.
At loading
Pulp temperature, sizing and condition, with photos, before departure.
Documents
Invoice, CMR, packing list and QC report with every truck.
